Failed print - MicroSD unalbe to be read at 30% print

I started a print just before i went to bed, last night, and i woke up to an error message that filament isnt getting through the extruder.
The PTFE tube was pulled out of the 4-way driver to the toolhead. The print probably sat around 6-7 hours in that paused state
Once i placed everything together and clicked to “problem has been fixed, i was greeted with this message

I printed this on the A1 3D printer with Sunlu PLA silk and the issue occurrd roughly at 30% into the print process.

Any idea of what went wrong?

Hi,
Try to read the MicroSD from a PC …

It read perfectly the second time i printed the item. Might be something with the firmware i guess
