Failed to pull back filament in single color print

This is happening more and more. In the middle of a print the P1S retracts the filament when it shouldn’t need to. The sensor thinks there’s still filament in the extruder so it tries several times and throws an error.

When I reboot Bambu Studio the sensor clears.

Could there be a resistance issue causing it to give up and reload but fail?
