I have come across an Instagram page claiming to be an official Bambulab “collaboration” page. It has links to a shopify page selling “premium collaboration” for extended exposure and sells entries for giveaways. Furthermore it links to a google doc collecting vouchers to “help the community”.

Unless explicitly and formally confirmed by Bambu themselves, it ain’t anything “official”. It’s either a form of scam, or (best case scenario) an informal users collaboration group, way outside Bambu’s purview.
it is a scam as confirmed by actual bambu employees, I just went ahead and blocked them and suggest everyone to do the same
And you’re correct. Check out their ToS, their (so called) Privacy policy, or their (non existing) Refund policy… screenshots added below, for clarity. It’s clearly a scammer, with a Gmail address.
