False filament runout triggers on P1P

Hey,

My P1P often stops printing due to a filament runout trigger. The thing is, filament is not out, is not tangled or anything. Filament has a clear path to the ptfe tube, nothing obstructing it or anything.

Rebooting the machine solves this problem for a day or so…

I have this on all my filaments, bambulab, esun and sunlu.

my printer is 4 weeks old.

I want to solve this problem but where should I start?

Welcome to the forum.

First I think I would check the sensor connection. Here is the wiki article for replacing it

Another thing I would check is the filament you are using. If it is old pla with moisture iit will probably crack and break in the PTFE tube and this could trigger the sensor.
