I was looking for a more general place to put this than just in the x1c general because I don’t think this just applies to the x1c.
The problem I’m having is getting consistent prints using ninja Flex or other like filaments.
First of all I’m feeding directly from the back instead of through the AMS.
The issue I’m running into is that due to friction or tension the filament will stop feeding the extruder, the only way I can mitigate this is to manually pull some slack and this addresses the issue until the slack runs out, however this is really not a good solution.
Anyone recommend a solution that can address this problem I envisioned in my head some sort of Raspberry Pi automated solution where it would do a slow pull on the filament creating Slack…But I’m sure somebody is already figured out a less complex and convoluted solution to this problem if anyone could shed light as to how they manage to overcome this issue when printing with ninjaflex it would be greatly appreciated all useful and tested ideas would be welcome.
Thanks
