Since Bambu Lab chose to take the approach of treating customers like a necessary evil, I’ve started replacing every spool with different brands.
I have two spools of this on the way, along with a few others.
Does it perform as advertised?

For some reason, no one seems to stock these. Based on my recalculation, the price is about £47.33/kg and €54.21/kg.
I will take another spool to try. 
Where are you seeing this price please (for the UK)?
What do you mean by recalculation? What price is store showing, and what calculation are you doing to get the price?

The spool isn’t a full 1 kg—it’s 800 g—so the effective per-kg price is slightly higher. Also, PEBA 95A is lighter than standard TPU 95A, which helps explain the difference.
As you correctly note, the price per kilo is irrelevant. Ideally we need price per volume. We’re filling a box with goo, we need to know the volumetric price of the goo to compare what it costs to fill said box.
If you can see the value charged to your card why is are there 2 prices that are so different? I have not noticed exchange rates varying so much.

I paid in USD, which were converted to SEK; I then recalculated the amount into EUR and GBP—nothing more, nothing less.

In my experience conversion to UK doesn’t work exactly like that after Brexit. You will notice for example many sellers now have a separate UK and EU entry for delivery, or the EU to UK option works out more due to higher tax or shipping (which you won’t see ordering to Sweden). However, sometimes it doesn’t, so you could be right.
I no longer buy from the UK since Brexit—it’s simply too expensive. That figure was a straightforward recalculation based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time.
Try buying from the states, it has always been prohibitively expensive due to transportation and import rates.
And we have import taxes from US that were quite high even before the chaos began.
After playing the waiting game and finally receiving my package, I was in for a not-so-pleasant surprise. Two cardboard boxes labeled PETG showed up—yet I had ordered PEBA. Naturally, I dashed to my computer to report they’d sent the wrong filament.
Then came surprise number two: upon opening the boxes, I discovered that the PEBA had simply been repackaged inside PETG-labeled boxes. So, surprise! I actually got 2 kg of PEBA after all. 
All jokes aside, this is easily the best flexible filament I’ve ever tried. My trusty TPU 95A has officially been replaced!
Now I just have to try the PEBA Air as well — maybe this time they’ll send the spools in a box labeled PLA as an extra surprise?
If, like me, you’re using HF nozzles, there’s a catch with the Siraya Tech profiles.
When applying their process settings, be aware that adjusting the flow ratio can sometimes trigger an extruder overload error even without any actual nozzle clog.
This typically happens randomly during 100% concentric infill because of how the global flow ratio interacts with the extrusion pressure.
To correct wall thickness, fine-tune the line width and X/Y compensation to account for shrinkage.
In my case, I had to set both inner and outer wall line widths to 0.49 mm and apply an X/Y compensation of 0.05 mm to achieve accurate wall thickness and model dimensions without triggering the overload error.
