it seens stupid but I cannot remove the piece of the filament in this point. !

You may have to do some disassembly to get the stuck filament out. Good luck!

I managed to disassemble the side of this part and was able to see several pieces of filament, which I removed with tweezers. The whole side is plastic, no screws are needed to remove it. Thank God!

I know you’ve already fixed it but let me tell you what I’ve started doing. This has worked on H2D, P1S and X1C. Keep a short piece of PTFE near the printer, just 5 or 6 inches and a piece of non-brittle filament, maybe one or two feet. When you have reason to think filament is stuck in it unhook the PTFE from the AMS and put the short piece in, then slowly thread the short filament in. This will push the filament bits out of the buffer and you won’t have to take anything apart.
If you have the buffer/hub on a X1C/P1P and aren’t using all 4 inputs you can actually leave the short PTFE in one of the unused inputs just in case a bit gets stuck.
