Would it be possible for the filament colors to read as text instead of color squares or possibly have it be a dropdown option inside the Bambu studio? ![]()
As a colorblind person I badly need this feature. I cannot believe with thr percentage of men who are colorblind that this is not a feature yet.
This is a Great idea and needed
I am colorblind and this is the
Most frustrating part of
Printing. Your idea on having a drop down box with the bamboo color name on the loaded filaments on the prepare screen is NEEDED
bamboo this is needed
@BambuLab please work on this you’re losing out on a whole group of people that may be hesitant to get into this great hobby.
With all of the multicolor filaments available it also solves the problem of “what color do I use for a rainbow filament?“ I have know idea how you’d make that viable in a color picker, but it’s easy as text.
Please add this – I can see the color differences in the printed products, but can only distinguish fewer than a dozen colors on the AMS color chooser or in the Bambu Studio slicer. Those with full color vision cannot possibly realize how useful a text-based color selector would be for us.
This makes all the sense.
Adding this feature is an accommodation that is needed.
It is extremely frustrating and really inhibits creativity.
I always have to ask friends or family for color selection help.
please address this.

It would be Nice as a Bambu customer 4th Pinter and a load of AMS’s that you would know if Bambu has read this and or is considering this needed feature.
Thank You
