Hi, i would like to present an improvement to filament cutter blade, as blade is a wear part and replacable,this would be easy to upgrade on all existing printers that use filament cutter when the next blade replacement is due.
Improvement would reduce force necesary to cut the filament, and likely reduce noise or squeaking when cut is performed.
Current design uses double bevel blade design, which splits and pushes filament apart as force is applied. Cutting is performed while hotend is melted, so filament can go downwards, but cannot go up, because its held by the extruder gear. This causes increased force needed to cut the filament, as blade is wedging itself between the housing guide and upper filament thats held in place by extruder gear.
Soulution would be to use single bevel blade, with beveled side facing down.

Due to blade manufacturing process, adding a micro secondary bevel could make manufacturing process equaly simple, but improve the functionality of the blade.
