Filament ejection problems

Our printer often ejects the residue in the printer and does not manage to throw the filament into the ejection chute.
Does anyone have any idea how to adjust this?

Is the teflon nozzle cleaner fitted? I don’t see it on your photo it may not be visible on the photo

the teflon cleaner looks good the way I see it the printer throws off in front of the box and doesn’t travel far enough backwards

I still have the problem. Sometimes bambu does not even throw the ejector in the shaft anymore but just on the plate :frowning:

Have you checked the nozzle? Clean it with a brass brush if have one. Sometimes a little piece of plastic gets hung up on the tip of the nozzle. Thus it might get caught in purging sequence.

I was skeptical at first but have found this Purge Shoot Extension to really cut down and almost eliminate the purge filament that doesn’t make it out the shoot. It’s really rare now that I find bits of filament in the enclosure or stuck to the nozzle.

I have done everything OK with the nozzle :frowning:

Downloaded printed installed - the same problem still :frowning:
for mcih it looks as if the nozzle would not drive enough to the rear
