I just got machine about 2 weeks ago and i love it. I haven’t used in about a week and it is saying the filament is having a feed problem. I can watch the filament go all the way in so i believe other filament from m before has hardened in the nozzle and stopping it from pushing through. Im only asking this because it is a brand new machine and I don’t want to take something apart for no reason. Thank anyone for your help ahead of time.
Take your little nozzle cleaner and see if it runs right through the print head without any issue, then you’ll know if there’s anything stuck or clogged in there. If it doesn’t go through all the way, you’ve likely got a clog. Heat the head up, then poke through again, see what happens. You’ll need to do at least a little bit if disassembly to check the basics.
Thank you so very much for your help. It was where i hadn’t been able to use it dor a week got filament stuck in the nozzle. I heated the nozzle and let it sit for a bit while i was looking for other things to print. I ran the cleaner through the hot end and bingo i could feel resistance, i pulled it back then restarted the build an not one problem.
