Filament folding at round part of the print

Hello,

i had this issue with this model on makerworld. It’s happening with two different PLA (Sunlu and Esun). The problem is the filament is kind of “folding” or “collapsing” on itself when printing on a rond part.

The only setting i changed is the infill where i went from Grid to Honeycomb.

If it’s from the infill, why ?

So, i did some calibration cube.

  • White Bambu PLA > Result OK
  • Esun HS pla with generic PLA HS profile> Artefact
  • Esun HS PLA with my profile > Artefact
  • Sunlu PLA + with my profile > Artefact

I watched it print at that specific area and it seems it’s happening when accelerating.

Any idea ?

printed too fast! calibrate the filament.
