🤬 Filament is not stuck in path but printer says it is

The machine thinks there is filament in the path from the head to the exit tube. But there is not. How do we overcome this?

We have replaced the hot end, we have taken the entire tubing apart and reassembled it. We have pushed a filament through the entire length of the tube. But we still get the same error message. How do we get the machine working.

I have sent in support tickets to Bambu but Hell may freeze over before they answer.

This appears to be a duplicate of your other question posted just two hours ago.

Doing so, doesn’t help you or anyone else.

If I am wrong, I apologise, but it appears to be the same.

I feel you on this, i just responded in another thread you had about support response.

The filament sensor can be removed and cleaned, theres a reddit thread on it and some youtube videos about how to remove.

Sometimes a tiny piece falls in and it needs to be tapped out.

the nozzle is clogged, try unclogging it

says you changed the hotend? If you manually set the temp on the hotend to say 240, does filament ooze? Probably not, if no filament is present, sounds like a bad sensor?
