I am having extreme difficulty loading filament. Using A1-Mini with AMS. Loading generic PLA from Spool 4. When I try to load it makes an attempt, then pushes the filament back out and the PTFE tube pops out. I have managed to make it load by pushing the filament back in but it only works about one in 20 attempts. This is a recent problem, it has been working fine for well over a year. I have PETG loaded on spool one and it seemed to work fine. I suspected it might be a problem with the hotend so I put in a new one (both 0.4mm) and it didn’t solve the problem. I did a rather poor video but I don’t see how to attach it.
If the ptfe tube is popping out I would swap #4 to a different spot and see if #4 pops out or of what you swapped it with pops out. If you swap it with #1 and that one now pops out it’s the ptfe tube otherwise it’s the 4 port combiner.
