Filament missing the hole at the top of the nozzle. H2C left extruder

Anyone having this issue and know what is causing it?

May your plastic guide be stuck? Remove the nozzle and check if it moves freely up and down. As well check if the spring you can see through the long hole is in place.

That is exactly what it was. The guide was stuck in the top position. It all started when a BL silk filament started splitting into multiple fibers, it clogged the AMS2 pro and caused slippage at the extruder a couple of prints ago. I unclogged the AMS, but I didn’t know this part could also be obstructed/jammed. For those that do not know, the old non “+” silk filament is not compatible with the multiple drive motors of the AMS2 pro x H2 machines; it literally destroys the filament when it is pushed and retraced.
Thank you user_1083141284 very much for your help
