On my P1S printer after about 300 hours the printer poop suddenly stopped going through the chute. Instead it lands underneath the heat bed. It gets stuck on the nozzle and when it wipes it somehow flings it underneath the heat bed. I replaced the wiper and the same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions?
Happened to me when:
- The little metal plate in the piip chute was lost and some glue residue remained, catching the poop. Cleaning the residue was already enough. I did not need to place the kapton tape I had bought.
- My nozzle was bent.
