Filament not loading on the AMS for 1 Port

My lab just got a new A1 Mini a few weeks ago. On port 2, it will not allow me to load filament. I used this filament as external, and it worked and worked for the first few prints. This is what comes up.

No filament is in the tubing, and that slot was used for external, so it works.

What do I need to do to get the 4th coor working again?

if its broken then the only thing to do about it is to get a replacement from bambu which is most likely free because of your warranty

Does this mean it is broken and can not be fixed?

probably. I’ve heard of this issue before and never heard of a way to solve it yourself.
