On my A1 I continue to get this message even when I install a new 0.4 nozzle (Bambu Brand) the plate is aligned correctly, the material is Bambu Lab PLA basic (Black) config is Bambu. It will run for 35~45 minutes and you get the message. Just hit resume and you get another 35~45 minutes. Everything seems clean. Any suggestions. Thanks
How often does this happen per print? I have that happen to me ocasionaly, (as in, once every 20-30 prints)
It happens when you have multi color prints. When you have a single color it does not seem to happen.

Just doing a quick read, I’ve just tried to see if I can diagnose it, have these been some of your issues?
Uno: You may have a slightly clogged nozzle, that causes it to give you that error every time you do a multicoloured print.
Dos: Your filament could be very poor, when I say poor I mean it could be very moist or dirty which can stick to the inside of your nozzle.
Tres: It is possible that the printer collects more melted plastic than it needs to, which in your case is uncommon.
