Filament wouldn’t unload - support thinks it is a bad filament sensor in the extruder assembly. They sent me a new one but I can’t get the little tab with the connectors on it into its socket.
Does it slide in or just sit on top? Anyone got any tips? It is in the most inaccessible place
I used a pair of long tweezers and a small screw drive to close the latch.
Thanks - my sensor had a bend in it that made it difficult - I was at it for an hour.. In the end, I just removed the extruder (4 screws) and slid the connector in, closed the latch then replaced the extruder. 5 mins
