Hey everyone,
I’m starting to get very impatient when dealing with filament settings and would like to know your opinion on it / or maybe give me some help with certain functions (I can not comprehend).
1st Headache:
I currently switched to a 0.6mm nozzle for a specific model and almost lost my mind as I noticed that I had to INDIVIDUALLY add a new Preset on each and every filament… (and printer) having to constantly go back and worth through windows and clicking hundreds of times…
Why is there no way to select the desired filaments (by checking boxes) and being able to Click ONCE to add them to a specific nozzle or printer???
Or did I miss something here…
2nd Headache:
All newly created filaments are based on a previously created / or chosen Preset (Lets call it Parent)
BUT when I then want to change, lets say: the price, there is NO OPTION to change that price on all created Presets as the Parent is no longer connected to those Presents. Once again, one has to go in every single Preset and change it ONE by ONE.
When there is a Parent Preset - Changes made to that Parent should apply to all Children (Presents based on it)
Why does it go one way “easy” and the other way its not even possible??
3rd Headache:
One can choose to select individual colors for each filament. Great.
But once a color is added - there is NO OPTION to revert to default (no color) other than deleting the entire Preset and creating a new one. W the F…?
So what are your thoughts about this and how are you handling this?
