I have a Bambu p1s with the AMS and use Bambu PLA basic filament. I have had it for a month. At first the printer worked fine for the first print then after that I have had differant issues that I have corrected. The problem that I am having now is that the filament gets to the nozzle and then rewinds back on the spool. Here’s what happens. I load spool into the AMS and thread it into the AMS funnel which the AMS reads. I then load the filament from Bambu Studio and the filament loads down to the nozzle and extrudes filament from the nozzle. The tool head does it’s dance and goes to home and the filament completly rewinds back onto the spool. I have cleaned the tool head, changed the hot end, replaced the extruder filament sensor, used a brand new Bambu spool of filament, cleaned all the tubing and checked the connections. Did I leave anything out? What else can I do to fix this? No error codes.

Thanks, Kevin
