this is a new printer, about 4 weeks old. it gives this message in mid print. i am only using Elegoo ASA gray filamnet, so i am not changings between different filaments. when i try to unload the filament is gives the same error. if i take the nozzle out that dosen’t help, i can’t remove the tube in the top of the extruder because the filament is tight and stuck. i heated the nozzle, i cut the filament using the cutter on the extruder and still can’t get it out. it sticks right below where the tube goes into the extruder, anyone have a way to do this? I have 10 x1c’s for a couople of years and never had this much trouble unplugging the nozzle.any suggestions on this H2?
I can imagine different situations including something absolutely crazy and severe like you already forced the whole trying to pull by muscular force?
In any case proper way is open a ticket ASAP and start to communicate with assistance to have directions.
Start to read the manual about these issues and disassembling.
When printer did cut the filament, you heard the snap ?
Take the nozzle off then run the filament through without the nozzle. You can then cut the end off. This will fix it is it’s damaged between the feed and the nozzel
