Filament is stuck and I couldn’t solve it with the wiki. It said, that I should remove the PTFE tube, but I can’t remove the PTFE tube and after unscrewing the filament sensor, I see that the filament is stuck here. Can’t push or pull the filament.
How should I proceed? Suggestions appreciated.

Same problem here with H2S.
I was able to remove the filament from the H2S filament sensor by taking it off the extruder and disassembling it. I’m not sure that was necessary — it might have worked to just pull the filament out while it was still installed on the extruder, but I couldn’t know that in advance.
Then I noticed some filament stuck in the hotend itself. I removed it from the extruder, used a heat gun to warm it up, and then was able to pull that piece out as well.

Ok, I also unscrewed the filament sensor. Cut the filament in the AMS, undid the filament hub, cut the filament there and then I could pull the filament out of the filament sensor, down, in the print direction.
I hope I can assemble everything again.
It worked and in the end, I think it’s the cloggged 0,2mm nozzle. And now I can easily remove the PTFE tube from the filament sensor.
I will buy a new 0,2mm nozzle.
I essentially did a cold pull and successfully cleared it. Heated the nozzle to 250 C, manually pushed a new piece of filament in from the top as I extruded. This pushed the broken piece into the nozzle…Cooled to 85 c and reversed the extruder. I ended up doing the cold pull in the “tool box” after as well.
Had the same. disassembled the sensor and broke the senor cable. Make sure not to do that, because it is extremely difficult to install a new one.
Afterwards I encountered the problem again. My analysis is that it started by trying the use PETG (normal) at ludicruous speed.
Therefore I had the problem again. This time, I removed the nozzle and went to the menu (nozzle option) I heated the nozzle (although not there) to 260° and clicked up a couple of times …
Then I went to the filament option in thge menu. Clicked the filament and clicked unloiad. The filament unloaded without a problem.
After that I was able to go to maintenance cold nozzle pull and removed the PTFE tube, placed the nozzle back, took some PETG HF of bambu lab and continues … The cold nozzle pull worked perfectly and unclogged the nozzle.
After putting the PTFE tube back I could print again (even the PETG but this time at standard speed).
Yes, that cable is fragile and passes between the two screws that mount the sensor making it easy to damage the cable when putting the screws back in.
Don’t ask me how I know this. And replacing the cable is not necessarily easy to do. And Bambu doesn’t sell the cable itself as a spare part but the replacement sensor does come with the cable. if it is in stock.
