Filament Stuck in Toolhead itself, not the Hotend/Nozzle X2D

It’s completely stuck in the Aux / Right Side of the Toolhead. Do I have to take apart the entire thing?

Coldpull and Extrusion don’t work - It’s completely stuck.

I’ve also got the same problem on the right hand side of the toolhead, and I can’t even see the filament when I look down through it… It’s a real pain. Fixing the problem right now actually. I think there’s a video guide somewhere on Youtube from BambuLab

I had the same issue, and could solve it easily.

  1. Manualy heat up the nozzle to 230°C
  2. Take a piece of filament and push (with decent force) on top of the stucking filament pice.
    It should poop slowly flow through the nozzle.
  3. Push manual the filament cutter on the side and remove the rest of the filament.
  4. Done.

Be carfull while the nozzle is hot!
