Filament suddenly no longer extruding

Filament has stopped extruding, but the printer continues on as if it were still laying down PLA. I have replaced all the tubing. I disassembled and reassembled the hotend (standard P1S 0.4 Stainless) and extruder. There were no jams present, and the hotend heats right up. I then disassembled the AMS, but there was nothing blocking or jammed. I can easily push filament through, and I can see the filament load, and make it all the way to the extruder. Then I run a calibration print. I receive notification the print has completed, but nothing has been printed.

I am running a P1S with AMS 1. Latest firmware. I am using Sunlu PLA+2.0. I have also tried various other filaments including PETG, all with the same results.

Not sure what else to try here, or what else to take apart. Any ideas?

Still a likely jam somewhere. Just hard to find and get to.

Is the extruder motor working? You should be able to see it moving. How many hours are on the machine? Your extruder gears might be worn down. You also might have found a thin spot on the filament.

Thanks for the response. I’ve got 326 hours on the printer. I can see the extruder motor working, and I replaced the extruder gear with the Panda Claw gear. I’ve tried 8 different rolls of filament, and all experience the same issue. I will take the extruder out again and see if there’s anything that I missed.
