I have this version currently installed on my A1 Mini and honestly I’m not experiencing any of the problems mentioned here…
Totally agree. Would not let me calibrate because current firmware is ‘too old’.
Since downloading the 01.06.00.00 firmware I haven’t had any problems with the a1 mini or the AMS, so I have no clue why this could be happening to you.
A1_mini2, I am glad for you that you are not having any problems. It is not just happening to me. Did you also up date the firmware for the AMS lite. I am not sure which one was giving me the problem because at the time I rolled back both firmeware, the A1 and AMS lite.
But I just check the firmware up date site and I see thay just released today 10/27 a new firmware for the A1…

New Features
- Added support for AMS, AMS 2 Pro, and AMS HT.
This feature requires Bambu Handy version 3.8.0 or later and Bambu Studio version 2.3.0 or later.
Before connecting, go to Settings → AMS Options → AMS Type to select the corresponding AMS model you are using.
Note: Mixing AMS Lite with other AMS types is not supported.
Feature Optimizations
- Fixed false blinking issue of the AMS Lite indicator.
- Improved filament settings UI for better user experience.
Known Issues
- When starting a new print from the SD Card, the printer will not check the nozzle size.
- When the printer is connected to AMS, AMS 2 Pro, or AMS HT, it is not possible to perform a local firmware update. Online update are possible.
- Certain features may be unavailable when using Bambu Handy versions older than 3.7.0. An update will be available in the following days.
I see that they say they fixed the flashing light issue that I had and some of the issues others had, But I will wait and see if there are any new issues with this update before I install it.
