Just upgraded to firmware 01.09.01.00 (20250611) and now I am unable to print my files that I’ve printed thousands of times before.
The printer gets to the preheat and filament loading portion, and stops dead in it’s tracks with the printhead stuck over the poop chute and the nozzle sitting at 230°C.
Eventually, the printer returns the “filament mapping error” and has an option to resume the print to retry, but that does nothing except make the AMS jiggle the spool back and forth until it errors out again.
I even tried switching to LAN Mode, developer mode turned on, to try and print that way, which did not make a difference at all.
Is anyone else seeing this or a similar problem with the latest firmware?

Did you do a factory reset and new calibration after the update?
I have heard a few times of weird things happening after firmware updates that were mostly solved by the reset.

Did you try turning it off and then on again?
