So I just updated my P1S to firmware 1.10 specifically to be able to print multi-color from the external spool. I set up a 2-color model and sliced it using Bambu Studio. When I sent the job to the printer I assigned both colors to the external spool and selected the “Multi-color with external” checkbox. The first color printed and the printer paused so I could change the filament, but on the second layer for the color switch it didn’t pause. It printed the entire second layer in a single color. On the third layer it printed the first color and then paused for a filament change.
How do I get the printer to properly pause at all color changes?
