My Bambu X1C prompted for a filament software update, which I did. Then it prompted me to do a firmware update. The screen on the X1C has read “Downloading 2%” for over an hour now. The device page information says it is Updating, but has only progressed to 8%. My internet connection is 500 Mbps. I have I cannot upload a print job because the modal says i cannot upload while the device is updating.
Firmware update did complete eventually.
How long did it finally take? - I am seeing this same behavior on my X1C this morning.
I would give it a few hours just to be safe because you have a fast internet doesn’t mean the other end of the connection is quick.
