Print it front of the aux fan, and set the aux fan to 100%, you should be able to print it using 35mm³/s, also you need to use a filament that can handle fast printing.
AUX FAN at ASA? Surely it will then detach from the plate, but I can test it.
But for now I have the original nozzle on it again.

I had the copper insert CHT nozzle installed for about two weeks. It allows higher flow but also started causing issues in general print quality (small extrusion faults, less sharpened print). Just not as reliable than stock nozzle. I switched back and maybe try in the future again if a print really benefits. The printer is already lightning fast with “limited” flow…

Just ordered my hardened cht nozzles, would like to try 0.6. Anybody have any tips on config or profiles for 0.6 nozzle? Would the volumetric flow in the filament settings change? E.g. i’m currently using 34vms but imagine that may go up with a larger nozzle hole? Thanks.

Me too. 2x 0.4 and 2x0.6 + 2x spare Hotends… I ordered also some PAHT-CF and I dont have a 0.6 so far. Lets hope this 0.6 CHT work well with the bambu PAHT-CF.

Interestingly the multi-part insert nozzles were brought up it the interview with Dr Ye Tao earlier today and basically his opinion seemed to be that it was fine, but a direct copy and sale of their hot-ends would not be.

That is exactly what we need. The airbrush design is nearly perfect for getting ultra fine details. I just dont like the problems you mentioned. If Bambu could design a nozzle shaped like this, we could have the next step toward perfect fdm printing. This airbrush shape does nearly zero ironing while printing but this design has it flaws. You need a 1.7mm wrench and its very vulnerable. If we can get a nozzle made of one piece and maybe even hardened it would be a god send upgrade
