Folks, what causes this on first layer? It usually fixes itself and the print ends up lovely but the first layer looks like this. This is Bambu PETG HF straight out of the package.
PETG needs to be dried before use, yes even if it just came out of the package.
There is also a lot of discussion about nozzle temperatures. Search PETG

I think it’s overextrusion. Try calibration first, I also believe there was an update of bambu studio regarding this filament.

This is simply wet filament. It’s not something you can or will be able to fix with calibration, it’s just wet filament.
I read somewhere here in the forum that resetting the firmware to factory settings will help with unusual errors.
So if it is wet filament, why is it then only in the first layer?
