I am using an A1 mini. I have owned about 1 year now. Everything worked great. Usually just using the recommended settings. I stopped using the printer for about two months and when I started using again I noticed that the bottom layer or first layer was slightly larger then the other layers.
I have skirt setting set to 0. I have brim set to no-brim. I have searched through the settings but cannot find anything that would be causing it. I have searched the forum for a similar problem.
I use PLA and PETG and both materials have same issue. I can clean the little ridge off the bottom of the parts, but this seems like something that can be corrected.
If anyone knows what is causing this, Help is much appreciated.
Does this issue occur with default settings?

Make sure “elephant foot” compensation is on.

Most are default settings. I usually have changed a couple depending on print. Like wall, top layer, bottom layer counts.
@RocketSled is correct, however much the first layer protrudes out, set elephants foot compensation to that amount
