First layer has a big scratch

I printed a storage box for my filament on the smooth PEI plate, because I like the smooth surface finish. A few times in a row now the first layer has a big scratch on it, which I did not notice during printing. Also, it is not in the direction of the layer lines, instead the direction looks completely random to me. I used a clean buildplate and did a calibration before I started the print. I used a 0.6mm nozzle and a 0.24mm layer height. Also, two other imperfections occured. Can anybody shed some light on why this happens and what I can do to improve? I added two pictures, I hope this provides an image of the result I got.

I can think about two things…
First that there is a defect/contamination on the plate.
Second that it is from the initial print moves dragging some filament along after the perimeter to do the infill.
The second can be observed during the print, the first should turn visible when you rinse the plate - the defect area would have the water running off differently.

I had a hint of a logo showing on my prints when I started with a new holo plate.
The logo was on the cover film but appeared thicker than the rest of the film.
I guess it slightly deformed the film on the plate during long storage in a huge stack of plates.
Went away after about two weeks…

Thank you for your reply. I checked the plate thoroughly and it seemed fine. I redid the same print and kept an eye on the filament, whether it dragged along. And indeed, after a line of 10 I noticed a very slim string on the plate.

I quickly removed the rest of the string and the rest looked good. In the first 10 lines there is now a scratch-like mark in the first layer, but the rest looks fine. So, that confirms it for me.

I am going to be more careful checking the first layer while it prints in the future!
