I’ve been running into an odd issue with my first layers and I’ve exhausted all of the usual problems, so was hoping someone else might have some ideas as to why this is happening…
Printer: A1
Nozzle: 0.2mm SS
Build Plate: Bambu Cool Plate Supertak
Using Auto Flow Rate Calibration
I was printing some cookie cutters to check for dimensions, and while the first layer was being put down, I noticed some weird gaps in the print that are not present in the model or slice:
Normally, I would assume that this issue had to be due to moist filament or an unclean heatbed, but:
- The filament was dried and build plate was cleaned immediately before this print
- The cutter on the left, which was printed second (printed by object) has no such issue and has a beautiful surface finish when compared to the first…
Does anyone know what would be causing this issue? Is this just a bug with the slicer & this build plate? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
