Quick swap is awesome but when you can only do it a few times before the weak ass loop thing that hilds tge clip in place ends up falling out this will be the third time ive had to do this swap
I’m swapping my nozzles quite frequently and haven’t experienced issues with the clip at all. Snaps nicely in place every time… What part of the mechanism fails for you? the wire clasp thingie? Can you show photos of the issue?
Sounds like you’re forcing it.
There’s a very particular seating position for it to close properly, if it’s slightly out and you try and close it you will break it.
Even looking at it closely when it’s not seated correctly I can’t see what is wrong, but removing and reseating it sorts it out.
When closed, the contours of this part fit perfectly with the curved part of the nozzle
If it’s not sitting flush on top of the nozzle then don’t close the clip.
It requires very little pressure to close the wire clip, any more pressure and you know it’s not seated properly.
