Fixing first layer

Hi,
I would like to ask for some advice on how to improve the quality of the first layer. In the illustration, you can see my print with the graphic. At the bottom is the result I’m aiming for. In my print, you can see visible lines between the filament paths and quite large gaps between the infill and the walls of the print.

Which settings should I adjust to achieve a result like the print shown below?
I’m printing on a P2S using the 0.2 mm HQ settings (the print looks very similar at 0.16 mm HQ).

Factor K: 0,12
Flow: 0,98 overal, first layer 1 (i didnt change here anything)

Thank you for any help!

The gaps are occurring where the nozzle changes direction. That nearly always indicates incorrect pressure advance. All three colors should be calibrated, which will likely result in higher K values.

The flow looks decent, but slightly more will squish the individual lines closer together, making them less distinguishable. Again, calibrate the flow.

The bottom print of the design is printed below the part (in the textured plate),
the top print of the design is above it. The difference in results is normal.
If you cannot do otherwise, try putting a single wall on the upper surfaces,
the result will be cleaner
Also try smoothing in Bambu studio

That was my initial impression, but a closer look also shows texture on the top sample. I think both samples show the bottom layer.

Indeed, probably his 0 is a little too high

I’d be curious to see the top too, if it has similar gaps between wall and solid. If the top is equally “sparse”: Then flow ratio -and- pressure advance calibrations IMO.

If the top is perfect then it is probably a combination of pressure advance and a mildly incorrect Z autocalibrate. I say Z because you can see layer 2 thru the gaps (gasp) and it looks slightly more squished out than layer 1.

Run an autocalibrate from the menu, and make sure the plate is clear of crusties (top and bottom). If it continues to calibrate to this point, theres more levers to pull, but theyre all hacks. Try to work w/ the autocalibrate first. And pressure advance!

Thanks!

I changed a few settings. First, the K factor was set too high, which caused gaps between the outer walls and the infill. I changed it from 0.12 to 0.02 (the default for Bambu Lab filament). I also adjusted the Z offset from -0.02 to 0.03, so the nozzle is closer to the plate during the first layer. I set the initial layer flow ratio to 1.05 (default is 1.00). The wall generator is set to Arachne (no changes to the default settings). I also changed the slice gap closing radius to 0 (default is 0.049). The result looks like in the photo.

I would like to achieve a result like in this photo no visible print lines:

Run a flow calibration like Initial Layer Flow Ratio - Calibration Test - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld . If nothing is good enough we can dig deeper and find a solution.

Edit: Why does the orange colour looks much cleaner than the black? Which filament are you using and which profiles are you using?
