Flawed wall printing

I am having a consistent problem as per the attached picture. I am printing with thoroughly dried ASA on an H2D which has 268 hours of use. I have maintained all the lead screws and rails (cleaning and lubrication). I have not done any maintenance to the belts.

I have had no problem with this machine to date but now it is doing this.

I have recreated the model and the 3mf file with three different CAD programs to address any possible corruption problems but the problem remains consistent so I assume it is the machine.

FWIW, it prints perfectly on my X1C.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim

i would personally contact bambu on that one there. a few things before you contact is do you leave the printer door open of top when printing if not then are you on stable ground and lasty with other asa prints does it do this

Is the infill striking the wall at those regular intervals? The upper part with holes is interrupted enough to not be screwed up, but all the area with big infill seems to have it. If the pattern matched your infill, then try a different infill pattern or more walls to resist the forces

I contacted Bambu about the issue. They gave me a model to print and process to tighten all the screws in the printer head/hotends. It worked. The model printed perfectly after that.

I attach the process below for anyone else who may find this helpful:

“In your case, we would like to check the installation of the nozzle first. You can remove the silicone cover of the nozzle and take a photo to show the nozzle.”

Secondly, you can try to retighten the screws on the front and back of the hotend heating assembly.
