Forcing a Firmware update

Hi All,
I posted earlier about an issue I am having with a brand new old stock X1c not binding my account to the printer. Its a brand new printer thats been in its box never turned on fr over two years. Its stuck on very old firmware and I have no way to update it. Does anyone know of a way to force an update?
It’s pre the firmware that allows SD card updates
I can’t connect through studio or handy
I can do lan only but that doesn’t allow for firmware upgrades

is there any other way that anyone knows of?
thanks

This is an unusual situation. Submitting a support ticket may be the way to go.

I have done this but was wondering if anyone had seen anything similar and had a fix. You never know!

I have a 2023 X1C that has this issue. It came with and is stuck on 01.04.01.00 and has never paired with Studio or Handy. I was able to name it. It won’t print, update, seems to always think there is a blank print in progress and usually shows 0C for the head and plate temps. If I set it to say 220C it will sometimes heat but flicker on the display between 200C and 0C.

This printer has never managed a print.

This post inspired me to reopen my 2023 TT and see if I can get it going because my other X1C is a dream.

This is now resolved. Bambu sent
Me a new AP board and it resolved everything after activation. Couldn’t have been more helpful and it was all pretty painless. As my log showed 0 hours it was also free.
