I just had an upload that I got a success notice for (“is now published”) disappear. Is that a system error, or moderating? Do I get a direct message for the latter explaining what is wrong?
Give it some time. I had the same thing happen. It will re-apear later…

just wait a bit. system seems to be catching up. It’ll be there.
Yeah, queues caught up. Once you had it it’s no problem, but experiencing it teh 1st time is a bit inconvenient.

Aparently there is a “models limbo” where models can linger for a while before they magically come back to Makerworld again…
You just need to have faith and it will be there.
There was a whole thread about this just a few days ago.
It is a known problem that many of us have experienced.
MakerWorld has finally worked out the cause and according to @tanklet, the fix will be sometime next month.
In the meantime, the only solution is patience as has already been mentioned here earlier.
I have experienced around 30 minutes at the outside time.
I gave this tip in the original post to sometimes speed things along.
