I use the fuzzy skin feature in Bambu Studio a lot, and I’ve seen this bug, also, a lot. I often get a vertical line within the fuzzy skin that shows up in the slicer and in the prints. Here’s a recent example:
It doesn’t show up every time, but when it does, I cannot get rid of it. Bambu Studio now has more options for noise type and generator modes for fuzzy skin, but the line is showing up in each of them. Changing the point distance and thickness hasn’t gotten rid of it either.
It looks to me like the fuzzy skin start and end points are lining up on nearly every layer, creating a repetition vertically up the print. There could be another reason, but I’m certain it’s fixable.
I sliced the file in Orca, and the error doesn’t show up. I open that same 3MF in Bambu Studio, and the preview shows the vertical line in the fuzzy skin.
Really hard to see. Try rotating the model slightly, around its Z axis, see if that goes away.
Is this just in the rendering or can you see it on the physical part?
So when I rotate the model, the vertical line stays on the right side. I rotated it 45 degrees, which puts the gap between the panels where that line should appear. It’s barely noticeable in the slicer preview. I might try to print it that way and see how it turns out. There’s a pretty obvious Z seam on this model that I can’t do anything about, so it’s ultimately not that important. I just like to get my prints looking as clean as I can.
I’ve had other models that have fuzzy skin over the entire model where this error ruins the look of it. One of the reasons I use fuzzy skin is to hide the Z seam, but this error puts a line up the model anyways.
It’s on the print. It’s not as obvious as the z seam, but it’s more annoying because there’s no cause for it to be there. Orca slicer doesn’t have this problem.

For clarity, which version of Bambu studio are you using?
Version 2.6.0.51 on Windows 11.
I was hoping the last update would fix this. It did not.
