When the SuperTack plate was first released, we had to wait 6 months before the firmware actually supported it. Now, with FW 01.11.00.00 they have once again broken compatibility, and your SuperTack plate will not work unless you turn off build plate detection.

Do the prints stick after turning the off?
I am noticing the same issue. My SuperTack plate was working fantastically until after this firmware update.
PSA…Rolling back to 01.10.00.00 fixed the issue. Hopefully there will be a new update coming soon.
In case you missed it: New X1C firmware V01.11.02.00 addresses the issue, that supertack is not detected correctly.
