Hey All, I’m currently having a slicer issue where the Gap Infill seems to be doubling up around the corners rather than it being one continuous line, this is then causing really bad stringing along the outside of these corners and hence I’m unable to provide a quality product.
I’m assuming this is possibly solved by a simple setting toggle or tweak but in the meantime I’m going to keep revising the design to work around this.
If Anyone can help solve this it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers!
If you have the cad, scale the thickness of your wall to be an even multiple of your wall width (.4 or .42).
You can also try using the Arachne wall generator which attempts to modulate the thickness of walls.

Thanks for the advice, that may be a potential solution for improving the print quality of the model but the solutions I found after playing around with the original model was that the fillets were not parallel (if you can call it that) the two circles of the fillets in the affected area are not concentric and hence it makes for some weird slicing like this, I ended up making the inner fillet smaller using an equation: Outer fillet - Wall thickness = Inner fillet.
