I’m trying to stop the printer from filling sharp corners but I’m not sure where I should be looking…
The .f3d and .3mf files are given below and as you can see, I already cut the external corners to “blunt” approx. .045mm edges (I have a 0.4 needle)

I tried several changes to the internal corners but I could try hundreds before I figure out what I should do so I’d be grateful if you could propose what changes I should make to the drawing so that there are no gaps at the corners that the printer wants to fill, thanks!!
Have you tried using a narrower extrusion line width?
Unfortunately I can’t change that, must stay @ 0.6mm
Without changing line width, the only way I know to get full coverage in corners that are too acute to get filament all the way into is to change the corner to be wide enough for the filament to get in there and let the squish fill it the rest of the way.
Maybe someone else has ideas?
Quick update, I used “Print infill first” (Quality > Advanced) and “played” with several positions for Seam painting. The nozzle travel greatly improved (less “jumps”) but I still think that changing the drawing in Fusion would be even better.
My target is to get the printer (P1S) to simply “run’ 2 walls, an inner and an outer, so if anyone has any ideas it would be great!
