Getting gaps between lines within same layer

I’ve printed a few larger flat items now and I am getting inconsistent gaps between lines on the same layer. It’s not uniform across the whole surface. I’ll get it in certain parts of the model, but it’s not even in the same area of the build plate which would lead to a bed leveling issue. For example on one layer it’ll be on the left side of the plate, then on the next layer I’ll get it on a different side/area.

It seems like it’d just be under extrusion, so I did flow rate calibration again and didn’t come up with a different value, meaning my initial calibration was incorrect. For kicks, I increased the flow rate a bit to see if that would help, but still getting the same issue.

I’ve set bed leveling to on to force it to do leveling.

My first layer is fine and I don’t have issues there. The issues only appear on the 2nd solid layer (after the initial first layer) or any of the solid top layers.

What else can I try?

As you can see in the images, there are sections that are great, then there are sections that have gaps and appear under extruded.

I am getting the same things after all the firmware updates. Seems like the sensor is a bit off and under extrusion as of late for pretty much a lot of models. I am running all Bambu official spools.

Day one, firmware did not have this issue.

Yea, I honestly don’t understand. It’s as if the flow rate used during calibration is completely ignored when printing. I’ll get perfect surface layers when doing the calibration, and then when printing anything, it’s very underextruded with gaps between lines.
