Bambu isn’t a Canadian company so I fail to see how they would be bound to what you think your provincial laws are regarding gift cards. You agreed to the terms and conditions as set forth by Bambu when you signed up. Is it that hard to use a gift card within a year time frame? Seems reasonable to me.
