Anyone else notice on their H2D that the top lip of the glass protrudes out a bit and isn’t flush with the front black panel where the logo and screen are?
No, mine sits flat. Maybe the frame is bent due to some shipping problems. Or the foam seam is not installed correctly.

It’s a little less of a gap right now, but definitely not flush. I checked the foam and it might be the one cutout by the hinges is pushing it out a bit. I was running ABS in the heated chamber last night when I noticed it, so it might have been expansion. But I could definitely smell the ABS, and from what I’ve heard from others, they do not. So something is less air tight in mine. Even my X1C didn’t smell that bad when printing ABS.

I didn’t say “top glass” …top lip of the glass (the glass door).

Mine is almost flush has 1mm on left and right side maybe try using a straight edge to see what’s off.

yeah mine is about the same, glass protrudes about 1mm on the left and right side (when cooled down). Last night when the chamber was heated to 65 it was more like 2-3mm on the left and 3-4mm on the right. There must be some expansion issue somewhere when heated.
Yeah, the top plastic bezel probably flexes when it heats up. I’ll check mine during the next 65°C print.
My H2D shifted by 0.5mm inward @ 65°C with two hour print.

not being a troll here, but this is normal i think. You would also notice the side plates getting slightly bent/deformed after high temp printing. The frame of the printer isn’t relying on those panels, the panels only serve as temperature keeper and wind blocker. I would not worry too much about it if it’s not leaking my precious hot air out.
yeah I wouldn’t be worried either as I would expect expansion at those high temps, but I could really really smell the ABS. And other reviews said they didn’t even notice ABS fumes. My X1C never smelled this bad printing ABS, so something was leaking.
the fumes should be coming from the poop chute, I have a design (that I’m using fine) for an enclosed poop bucket, but it’s requiring at least 6 6x3mm magnets and potentially a slight change on the model by adding a 6x2mm round cylinder, or sticking a 6x2mm magnet. But I’m too lazy to modify that file myself again 
My laser door bows out, glass does not. The crappy plastic doors are like throwing walmart tires on a Ferrari. Half assed attempt. Its almost as if laser safe glass doesnt exist

It does exist, but it’s expensive. A better solution would be a film. I guarantee when they offer the upgrade kits it will be a green film that you apply to the glass, which is much better.
I was just being sarcasric lol. A permanent tint like what comes on factory tinted windows would be nice. No worries of a corner peeling and blinding your dog lol.
As long as its adhesive backed vs static cling, i guess.
yeah, I’m still not sold on the whole laser thing with the H2D. I think I would prefer just a stand alone laser cutter, than having the hassle of changing everything around and I can only ever just print or laser cut, but not both at the same time. Not to mention the smoke and build up inside the chamber, at some point that’s going to impact the 3D printing side.
