Why is only one side of this model getting the grid supports to expand past the edge? it looks like snug supports, but its not. I have played with the settings, but can’t figure it out. It happens with BS 2.5.0.66 as well as the newer beta 2.5.1.52

You could start by reorienting your model:
…and one more thing, your model was faulty, you have to press “fix model”!
I was use to the slicer telling me when there was something wrong with the model that needed fixing (Orca). If you talking about non manifold edges that is. Bambu Studio doesn’t seem to give you this warning automatically , but that did do the fix, thanks. Its weird because I made the model and never have non manifold edges before with something I made myself.
I was actually wanting it in the position it was for strength, but thanks for that as well.
