Hi BambuLab community,
My A1 started to make a weird grinding noise when both the X and Y axis are working at lower speed. I have attached a video, if you listen carefully you will realize it. I have oiled and greased the rails as well but it didn’t help. The screws behind the hot end are also tight. I thought the nozzle is scratching, but I didn’t notice any marks.
Any idea what the issue could be?
Thank you.

Is it only making the sounds at the ends of its motion? Like if it’s printing a line it would only make sounds when it was changing direction and the end of the line.
No let‘s say I am printing a flat square and it is printing the first layer or let’s say any layer with 100% infill and is moving diagonally (X+Y axis at the same time) then I hear the noise at specific positions.
Check whether the rails are clean (A1 Maintenance Guidelines); maybe there’s something on your rails.
