I am not trying to pick an argument with anyone here, only to foster intelligent and respectful discussion. I am in the U.S. and there is a huge problem here of kids getting guns from their parents and then shooting people at school. The 3-D gun models trouble me because any 12-year old can print one and blow people away. OK you may say where would he get the bullets from, but they are easy to come by in the U.S. My understanding is a 3-D printed gun can fire 1-2 shots before falling apart, but that is all it takes to kill someone.
So in my opinion I support removing these types of models from Makerworld and all such public sites.
