Got my new H2S hooked up according to the book and got the message 0500-0300-0002-000e214023. “Some modules are incompatible…..look for a firmware update.” I did, there was none. I spent two days with little help from Bambu including Live Chat. The machine would not even print from the print spool. I thought the machine was bricked. Apparently they are not aware of the AMS causing print failure due to filament Unloading not loading. Finally when I completely disconnected the AMS the machine immediately requested a firmware update ! After the update the time for my attempted print went from 8 hours to 4 hours in the Slicer ! Very wierd. So now I am printing from the external spool, and assume the AMS will work tomorrow. After this print finishes I will reconnect it and check for another update.
And of course now that it runs it is doing an amazing job with PETG. Love the printer.
